We deliver through registered courier companies throughout England, India, Europe, U.S.A. and other countries.

Other countries: 10-14 working days (you will get an estimate in the order confirmation email)

Free shipping in England and India.
For other countries, shipping charges vary according to the item, size, volume, weight and destination of the parcel. You will see the exact shipping and handling amount at the time of checkout when you fill in your shipping details.
Custom duties and charges
Please note that customs charges may apply in some countries. These charges are not included in your order and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge custom duties on imported products that is to be paid at the time of port entry and this varies as per the destination country and the items imported.You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency (DHL, FedEx etc.) at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice by the shipping agent.
Orders can be tracked using the tracking no. mentioned in the order confirmation email on the shipping agency’s website. You can also track your order status on our web boutique, from the “Order Status” link under “Customer Assistance” in the website footer.
Non-availability on delivery
Our delivery agents will attempt the delivery thrice in case of non availability before returning the parcel to us. Please provide complete and accurate contact details including address with zip code and mobile no. to help deliver faster.
Modes of payment
For shipping to India, we accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. For all international transactions, we accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to pay using PayPal. PayPal and PayU are our third party payment gateways.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Had change of heart? No worries, simply return the product within 7 days of receiving it, for a refund.
To arrange a return pickup:

You need to fill out the Returns form included in your parcel and package it up with the return parcel.
The return pickup within England will be attempted within 7 working days.
To track the status of your return, please go to _________________.com and submit your Tracking ID. Tracking ID is available in return confirmation email.
If you paid using Cash on Delivery, please do the following so that we can refund you:
– Add your bank account details to in the Returns form
– Contact your bank to enable Know Your Customer with them
We will send you an email as soon as we have completed your return, this can take up to 14 days from when the courier collects it.
Refund amount due can take up to 30 working days to reflect in your bank account from the moment you receive your return confirmation email.
Points to be noted:
- Please note that we are unable to process your return without the Return Form. If you have lost your Return Form, you can print it here or contact Customer Service (email and phone no link) to help you.
- We will refund any item(s), returned in the same state as you received them in, with all labels and tags still attached.
- Place your Return Form, together with the items you wish to return in the Kinnaur handcrafted wooden box, you received your parcel in.
- The courier will provide you with proof of return. Please keep this for your records.
- Once we have received your return shipment in our warehouse, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the parcel. Please allow up to 14 days for this to happen. If you don’t receive the email within 14 days, please contact us
- Since for personalization we engrave our wooden boxes in which the item is delivered:
- Item can be exchanged (however the box remains the same) or
- Returned within 7 days with extra charges for the box (approximately 45GBP)
